BACK ON TRACK

I’m happy to report that I am back to exercising after recovering from my rotator cuff injury.  I’ve been working out mostly on the treadmill and alternating between walking and running.  I haven’t been doing much weight training because I still want to let the shoulder heal a little more.  My plan is to slowly reintegrate weights into my exercise regimen so that I can get back to balancing between cardiovascular exercise and strength-training.  Please feel free to contact me if anyone has any suggestions for additional exercises.

Get fit, stay fit.

Dear Bonki, I think its great you are spreading the word about exercise. I am also glad your rotator cuff got better witht he injection. I just wanted you to know that there are alternatives to surgery for most simple rotator cuff tears and most Orthopedic injuries using bioregenerative medicine with stem cells and platelet rich plasma. I have been performing the techniques Bartolo Colon the Yankee pitcher used to repair his rotator cuff for years very effectively. I think you are doing a great job with the Society. I missed you at the last county society meeting. I wanted to fill you in on the PIP auto regulations. Take care. Ed Magaziner
