I’m happy to report that I am back to exercising after recovering from my rotator cuff injury. I’ve been working out mostly on the treadmill and alternating between walking and running. I haven’t been doing much weight training because I still want to let the shoulder heal a little more. My plan is to slowly reintegrate weights into my exercise regimen so that I can get back to balancing between cardiovascular exercise and strength-training.
